We planned for a birthday dinner for my wife. The experience was very pathetic and it spoiled the evening. We had reserved an outdoor space, but when we were seated, the table was not cleaned, the floor had food all over. We were given another seat indoors. The appetizers were great. But the main course - Chicken Risotto has pork in it. My wife had to go without dinner on her birthday. Further we observed some white powdery stuff in the water that was served to us. The manager blamed it on the ice they had procured from an external vendor. The manager kept apologizing for all they inconvenience, but the matter of fact is the inconveniences kept piling up. Overall, given the experience, I would not visit this restaurant again.

Always a good experience at Cooper’s hawk we are wine club members so we dine at Cooper’s hawk every few months food and wine are always great!

to be fair--5 out the 6 dinners were excellent. I salmon dinner was overcooked (twice) The service was extremely slow & the environment was loud. We are willing to come back & maybe try outside dining on a weekday. We would not recommend coming on a Friday night. Our reservation was at 7p --we were seated at 7:20p & left after 10 pm... long night. Good news was we enjoyed the company & birthday treat!

We are three bottle members of Cooler's Hawk, and Wine Club members since 2017, and it seems like lately, every time we come there's something that goes wrong. We had a 6PM reservation. We did wine tasting before, and at 6:02PM I went to the front desk to let them know we were finishing up our tasting. We were told this was fine and that there's a 15 minute grace period. At 6:10pm we told the desk we were ready to be seated. About 5 minutes later they came to us asking if we were another couple. We were not them and continued to wait. At 6:40 I went to the desk to ask what was going on, since we had been standing there for 30 minutes. The woman says to me, "oh, are you done with your tasting?" We've been standing right in front of you for THIRTY MINUTES. You've been looking at us for 30 minutes and tried to seat us under another name 25 minutes ago and you're just now asking if we're done with our tasting? Do people just stand in front of the desk for a half hour if they aren't waiting to be seated? At this point another woman stepped up and said we would be seated soon. We then saw that other people who had been waiting were offered barrel reserve tastings while they stood there. We were offered nothing. We were finally sat at a table at 6:50pm for our 6pm reservation. The rest of the night was fine. The waitress Ashley was friendly and fun. She was attentive and provided terrific service. Just waiting so long for a table when we had reservations was a frustrating way to start the night.

Wow! I've always been a Cooper's Hawk fan but have a new appreciation after last night. Recently my daughter had to go Gluten Free. They had SO many options for our tween including bread when the rest of us got pretzel bread. I was impressed with the options and the care given!
