We have dined many times with Cooper’s Hawk the experience and great food are why we return; however today, I had an eyelash and a long strand of dark curly hair in my food. I stopped eating and a friend at the table made the server aware. The service immediately responded and said a manager would be over, my plate was removed. I went out to eat to actually eat a meal, not receive a comped bill. The server was still tipped 25%, as it was not her fault, however the manager never showed at the table. We are just one customer but our bill is typically $175 or more, and the server always gets a 25% tip, though the food and service are normally great, it is experiences such as today's that cost nice restaurants great customers like me and my family.

Enjoyed it very much. Service was spectacular. Around $145 + tip for two of us. Entrees, salads, 3 glasses of wine.

Great service. Good food. We enjoyed our time. We had an evening event and they delivered our food on time and made it a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Food was on point. The wine flights were fun.

This place is a true gem for GR! Wonderful food and we are enjoying getting acquainted with the wines. Fun concept of being able to do wine-tasting and/ or have a fine dining experience. Our server (Elizabeth) was top notch, in spite of it being a busy night (for a Tuesday) and on the later side (after 8 pm). The noise level was a bit high and the wines a little over-priced, in my opinion, but we will certainly be back!
