Poor service and cold food. Server was non existent to get meals heated up and to order more drinks. Overall a really disappointing dinner and waste of money

Our first brunch experience at Cooper’s Hawk on Saturday was delightful. Background music was lovely. The Rockstar Mimosa was very good. Hannah was our server and she was very attentive. Our breakfast was delicious. Our compliments to your chef as well.

The wine and service at Cooper Hawk is truly a great experience. The location is well staffed and there won’t be a moment that someone isn’t in range to assist you should you need it. The complimentary valet parking offers a unique dining experience, and the attendant was provided a pleasant entry and exit to our experience. The variety of wine is excellent, and the pairings recommended for every item you could order are spot on. The struggle with the Cooper Hawk experience that keeps it from being excellent is unfortunately the food. At close to 45 dollars for some meals, there is a certain expectation of the quality the of the food. I myself ordered their three steak medallions, and found them to be throughly average. Crusted with a healthy dose of Parmesan and blue cheese, the meat itself is smothered and you lose much of the taste of it. Sadly, scraping the cheese off the top and only leaving the meat behind again reduces down to simply; an averagely cooked piece of meat. My party unfortunately also experienced some of us who asked for well-done ending up with almost rare meet, and those asking for rare ending up with throughly cooked meet. The presentation of the dishes also experienced a somewhat lackluster delivering, neither inspiring awe or appetite upon delivering. Overall to end my discussion of the food, I would say it is of average to good quality ingredients that simply do not get the love they deserve to shine, especially not that the cost required to receive them. Cooper’s Hawk is a lovely experience for someone looking to have a great wine experience and excellent service, I would just advise to eat something before coming to save yourself some cost.

We were seated immediately and ordered the fillet medium. It was cooked perfectly. We added Mary’s potatoes which are our favorites. Finished meal with a great pineapple upside down cake. The waitress Terry was very helpful with menu suggestions and excellent service.
