Coopers Hawk never disappoints. They are a class act. The southwest egg-roll appetizer is great and the seafood bisque is to die for! I had the pistachio crusted halibut and my husband had the shrimp and scallop risotto. We loved them both. Highly recommend!

Waitress was clearly over worked, did not check on us or ever say hello without us getting her attention. We asked for well done burger and it was completely pink on the inside

Packed in like sardines. Food can best be described as ‘elevated Applebees’. It’s over priced and underwhelming. We have been here twice and both times left wondering how this place stays in business… this is how bad both experiences were. 0/2- we will not be back.

We enjoyed a very tasty meal with friends. Although a bit noisy, we could hear each other. We all had a different entree and all thought they were very good.

It would appear that staffing was an issue. It was Father's Day, and we did have a group of ten but there were a bunch of available tables. Cocktails and wine service took an extraordinary amount of time. After seeing the review- Cooper’s Hawk reached out to get more detail in the interest of educating their team. They also made a generous comp.

I’m pretty sure the chicken served with my Thai lettuce wraps was canned. It was literally wet and kind of rubbery. I was surprised as I expect higher food quality for the price at CH. I didn’t complain about it as I didn’t want to make a big deal about it but disappointed nonetheless and didn’t finish eating it because of this.
