I found the restaurant to have gone downhill. I had been there about a year ago and had a great experience. However, this time the carpet and floors were dirty and overall it didn't present well. The food was ok - my salmon was overcooked. The service was very good which made the overall experience better.

One of our favorite restaurants but tonight was a struggle. Salmon was fishy and chicken was under done. Cooper's Hawk is usually consistent but tonight was a disappointment.

We were never seated. We arrived on time for the reservation. Were told they were and hour behind, they would text when our table was ready. They never texted. Have never had that happen before.

Our reservation was at 8:15pm and we got seated until 9:30pm. Plus the waitress keep rushing us to order.

The waiter was outstanding. I also thought the food was really good. My complaint is the totally unacceptable way the reservations were handled. I had made 7:45 pm reservations for 4 persons. We were finally seated at 8:50 pm, over an hour late. The waiting room at the reception area is a wine tasting bar, and it was packed with loud wine drinkers. No seating was available in order to wait for reservations and table. Thank goodness I am not handicapped. My party had to stand inside the wine bar store area and wait to listen for our name being yelled out by the hostess. I had to yell at the top of my voice to my family in order for them to hear me as we waited for our table. I am hoarse now as a result. Overall, the hostess service was very very poor. They finally sent me a text to announce my table was ready. This made me wonder if their reservations were actually double booked. Unprofessional for a high-end restaurant!! It was impossible to clearly hear your name being called out if you did not notice your text announcement. The wine bar and restaurant reception areas needs to be separated in order for the hostesses to be able to do their job. This will also allow the wine tasting patrons and bar patrons an area and the servers can accommodate their loud patrons.

Had a 6:30 reservation. Didn’t get seated until 7:30. One hour later and only after multiple times asking how much longer. We were told corporate allows double bookings. Call in and online. We were not the only ones there in this situation. Would not return because of this. Food was excellent and our table server was great after we shut him down on the sales pitch for becoming a wine club member.

We made a reservation for 5pm, but we weren’t seated until after 5:30. We tried to get a drink at the bar while we waited, but it took forever and we were treated terribly. The host stand was SO RUDE! Thankfully, once we were seated we had a good experience, but it was TERRIBLE up to that point!

Food was great but we had a reservation and waited over 30 minutes to be seated…. Once finally seated it was in the bar area and three different waiters waited on us. They need to address management of the reservations/check in process.

We had the best dinner. It was a super busy Friday night, and we waited a little extra time for our reservation. Once seated we had the best experience. Our waiter, Jonah was on top of it all. Great food, fun atmosphere, and a super drink selection.
