Very busy (Holidays) so service was slow. And some confusion over what my wine club membership entitled me to. But the food was good and the service was pleasant. And the manager did straighten out my wine club confusion. Good to have a new higher end establishment in Mandarin.

We all enjoyed our dinners at Cooper’s Hawk. Service was slow but because one person’s dinner came later than the other three, the manager took it off of our check. We will definitely return!

The new Coopers Hawk is a great addition to the Mandarin area and is wonderful place to enjoy good food and wine with friends and family.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Our server’s name was Nigel and he should really find another career because food service is not for him! We were seated for 15 minutes before he ever came to the table. Then waited another 15 minutes and we still didn’t have drinks on the table. After asking for a manager, he assured us that our drinks were coming and the appetizer would “be right out!” We waited another 5 minutes and drinks came and app. came about 15 minutes later. Ordered a 2nd round of drinks and 1 came but the others didn’t. When food finally arrived, only 2 of the four got food and the other 2 dishes came 30 minutes later. The food we ordered was good, but the service couldn’t have been any worse. I will NOT be back. My friend commented “This place reminds me of Red Lobster 2! I was waiting for them to bring out the cheddar bay biscuits.” Save your money and go somewhere else! HORRIBLE!

I had a great first experience at Coopers Hawk! Great food, lots of options, and we had a very knowledgeable server. The atmosphere is amazing, and seems very high end without really high end cost.

Took 20 minutes to get our wine. Food took over an hour. Be prepared to be there for a couple of hours. Server went MIA multiple times during our dining experience. don't get Filet.

We have been to Coopers Hawk several times and unfortunately this experience will be our last. We were sat immediately because we had reservations. Due to the fact it was Christmas Eve, we knew the wait may be a little longer, however, after ordering our food, it took much longer than we had expected. Tables that were sat before us received their food. When our food did arrive, it was cold and appeared to have been sitting under the warmer for some time. The prime roast beef sandwiches are very good, even when lukewarm. I ordered the ahi tuna, not a good choice, just don't order that! I had ordered a salad which had come about 20 minutes prior to the tuna coming out so by the time remainder of the food came the salad was soggy. We also ordered a flatbread and the cheese was hard and cold. We chose to just write the review and not send food back or request any assistance as it was Christmas Eve. We tipped as normal and wished everyone Merry Christmas. I would just caution others that when planning a special event on a busy evening, which is typical for Coopers Hawk, I would choose a different place.
