Made a reservation, table was not ready when we arrived even though there were empty tables, greeted immediately but didn’t even get water or bread for the table for 30min , ordered an appetizer and two wine bottles - took another 45 min to receive those, waited even longer (about an hour) for the waitress to even take our entree order and only brought out a salad, the rest of the table had to wait another 30-40 min to receive their entrees …. After tonight I was extremely disappointed and our waitress seemed annoyed we even asked for her attention. We asked for the check and a box and she said sure and then immediately turned around and went to another table to check on them. The table next to us was also annoyed because of the extremely slow service and was waiting over an hour to get their check and told us they were there for 4 hours total. Mind you I work in the service industry and I was celebrating my birthday - overall so disappointed and just wanted to leave even though this was my favorite restaurant. And side note - they raised the prices on everything and made the portions even smaller. We arrived before 6:45pm on a Wednesday night at the reservation time and in total of all that we didn’t get out until past 10pm…. And only had a wine bottle , app and entree

We had so many things going wrong in our meal it was upsetting. One of our guests ordered a dish with no shrimp. They brought with shrimp so that was about 30 minutes for the replacement. My wife ordered a salad she has gotten numerous times before there, now there were multiple new items added in to the salad and it tasted horrible. 45 minutes for her replacement of a new item. A glass of wine took over an hour and we kept being told, "the bar is busy" but my Cokes were replenishing in just a few minutes. So something went wrong at Cooper's Hawk last night, because all my other experiences there have been wonderful and the food has been great. I had an amazing cheeseburger, maybe the best I've had in Jacksonville. Due to the service schedule we basically had 3 different dinner times and that put a damper on the whole meal.

Our reservations were at 7:15 and we were seated at 8. The service was very slow and we didn’t leave until almost 10. The food was good. It was very noisy.

I went out to dinner with my parents and we all agreed the service and food was phenomenal. Our server, D, was so attentive and friendly- she checked in several times to ask if there was anything we needed and made sure we were enjoying our experience. The manager at this location was also extremely friendly and came to check on us as well. We are regular customers at this location for a reason! Quality food, friendly people, great ambience!
