We had a great experience at Cooper's Hawk last night. Stephanie took amazing care of us. She was so kind and was always on top of refilling drinks, bringing boxes, and fulfilling any request we had. A total gem. We also had visits from Guillermo and Nicholas who made sure that we were taken care of and had everything we needed. The food was fantastic and drinks were perfect. We will definitely be back.

My daughter chose Coopers Hawk for her birthday dinner. We had a 6:00 reservation we were all there on time. I am a handicapped person with a cane and oxygen. After check in they sat several parties that came in after us. The host needs to be more conscious of guest needs. Cheryl our server was great. The good was good. We do not drink so the wine feature is wasted on us.

We enjoy visiting this location for the bar area only but continue to be disappointed by the food. This location has overcooked our burger to well done when requesting medium on two different visits. They also overcooked my filet to a medium well when medium was ordered. We have no issues with improper cooking when we visit the Wheeling location. On all 3 occasions the server removed it from our bill, but we would prefer to have the delicious meal as requested. We continue to visit in hopes that they can improve the kitchen.

We are long standing wine club members, and I must say CH ALWAYS hits it out of the park with their menu and food! Everything about CH is wonderful! We enjoy going there so much! The Food, the wine, the ambiance, the deals as club members....you really do get a GREAT meal for a great price!

We had a reservation and got in immediately. All staff and servers were very polite and enjoyable to interact with. They paid attention to details to make our anniversary dinner a pleasant experience!

Management, servers and hostess’s are top notch. The Nappa salad is super refreshing and bursting with flavor. Love the dried cherries ( sans sugar ) The goat cheese is creamy and will suffice in lieu of dressing. Although the dressing is delish. Do very lightly coat it for more flavor. See prior reviews for more detail.
