Magdalen was our waitress, loved her … very efficient and kind (have never had a bad service at CH though) food was fab as always, a nice lunch quickly served and promptly eaten!

Cooper’s Hawk in Gurnee did not disappoint! The ambiance soon as you walk in set the mood. The food was delicious! 10/10 highly recommended!

7pm reservation. Had to wait 15 minutes which wasn’t bad. They were busy. Food is great! I started with the side salad. I had the parmesan trio medallions for the meal and S’more dessert. Service was slow. I think they were short staffed. Our table had been cleared by the bussing table staff and then it took 25 minutes to even see our server to get our check. The volume of this place is off the charts. This was our fourth time there and every time I comment that I’m not going to back because it’s way too loud. My ears literally ring when I walk outside into the quiet evening. I truly think this is our last time. There are other places that have good food where it’s quieter. I just want to be able to have a conversation with the person sitting next to me.

We had a reservation and were seated right on time. Service was a touch slow but friendly, and very helpful with discerning the wine list and menu. A few too many families with children in the dining room for my liking, but that’s not their fault lol. The food (we ordered the Mahi Mahi and Chicken Piccata) was outstanding, and the Prosecco we ordered was very good. Overall a very enjoyable meal and there are not many higher end dining options available in Gurnee. It’s no wonder why they are always busy!

Great service, varied menu. The risotto was lacking flavor however and the meatballs tough. Would not order again. The chicken giardiniara was excellent .
