Our first time here and will definitely be back. From the time we walked in we were greeted with Happy Anniversary from anyone who came by our table. Our waitress MaKayla was the best!! Thank you for making our Anniversary special 🙂

My food (churrasco steak) was very good but probably over cooked. I asked for medium and it came medium well. It was still good. Wines were good. My friend's entree was not. When we came last time she got the salmon and it was too undercooked. This time she got the shrimp and scallop risotto and the shrimps and scallops were charred and overcooked. I would still come here for my dish and for the wines. Everything else is hit or miss. Unfortunately my friend may not come with me next time.

Kyle was our server last night and he was great! Offered up great suggestions when we asked about wine and he helped with narrowing down our choices for dinner. He was very friendly and I would certainly be happy to have him as our server again. Thank you for another great experience at Coopers Hawk.

We have always enjoyed CH for meals, but last night our service was great. Our server Dani, was amazing. She is so friendly and knowledgable. She made our dining experience even better!

Restaurant is loud. Service was polite but lacked in follow up. No offer for water and after I asked never came back to refill. Never asked if we wanted another glass of wine. Our plates looked like our food was tossed on the plate. My veggies were cut so small they lacked flavor & texture. Maybe they are cutting them smaller to appear more generous on the plate. People are flocking to Cooper's Hawk and I'm not sure why. Gurnee doesn't have a lot of choices but the local pizza place is more enjoyable & better food.
