I had a great experience at Coopers Hawk! A bunch of my high school friends are in town for a wedding and we decided to do dinner at this establishment. First, half of us were running a few minutes late bc of traffic but the still honored our reservation time! Our waitress, Dani, was very attentive and even took the time to learn our names. She made sure we had everything we needed and offered us drinks, appetizers, dinner, and desert. She provided us with recommendations and made sure the food came out timely and even offered us more bread since we did have a larger party. I am a Cooper’s hawk member and going to this restaurant is always delightful. I’m so happy there are still places that provide excellent customer service!

Cooper’s hawk Gurnee has a happy hour! Small bites and wine! Great spot to come to after work with friends and colleagues. Management was kind enough to allow us to sample the shaved prime rib sliders. They were moist, seasoned perfect and satisfying. Enclosed is the menu for happy hour!

Had a horseradish crusted filet that was cooked perfectly. My spouse had the skirt steak, it was a big hit. Crab, shrimp, Lobster bisque was fantastic.

The kitchen lost our dinner order, so it was a very long time until our food arrived. We were there for almost 3 hours because of this.

Our server Andrea was wonderful. Sue was pleasant and helpful to my niece who had never eaten at a Coopershawk. The food has never disappointed us at all. I love the wine specials they provide to us members so we enjoyed a free bottle that didn’t go against my wines of the month.
