Enjoyed our meal. Environment was comfortable with other people ranging from jeans to dresses. Noise level was comfortable talking with your table that other people were not listening.

Excellent wine list and menu was varied but clearly laid out. Churrosco grilled skirt steak was outstanding, as were 8 oz filet and superb ponzu glazed calamari with sriracha cilantro aioli.

Despite being super busy for Valentines Day, Coopers Hawk Gurnee handled the busy night very well. No delays in being seated, getting food, being serviced. Our server Danielle was SUPERB and very helpful. I highly recommend her as she has an OUTSTANDING personality. Great dining experience.

Always a pleasant visit. Servers in the bar are the best. Food was hot tasty and plentiful. Wine was very good too

We have eaten at Coopers Hawk many times and have always had a great experience. Food is always prepared perfectly and tastes delicious. They have a variety of food to choose from and specials. The variety of wines and drinks are many. You won't be disappointed!

We have been wine club members since 2014 and Cooper's Hawk is still one of our favorite restaurants. It is consistently a great time enjoying their delicious food and the wine is always top notch. Last evening, Stephanie was our waitress and from our 1st interaction she was nothing but phenomenal. Such a genuine, hardworking woman who really made sure our experience was special. She regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and always had a smile on her face. The Gurnee location has become our favorite due to the staff really going above and beyond. They truly enjoy their jobs and customer service is a top priority. The restaurant is clean, the food is cooked perfectly, the wine is incredible. We will definitely be back for more. Thank you for a wonderful early Valentine's dinner.

Orders the Danas chicken parm, it wasn’t bad, but nothing special. The chicken seemed to be missing something. Other person ordered the Valentine’s day special which was a crab stuffed lobster tail and two filet medallions. The lobster was the smallest thing I have ever seen, genuinely only 3 small bites. The steak wasn’t nothing special either. Mostly disappointed that they are serving something so small and presentation wasn’t great for either plate.
