Our server, Amanda, was incredible. We felt so special. She made sure our lunch was perfect. The food was delicious. The wine is so good.

Cooper’s Hawk in Gurnee is always a great choice! This is the only location I’ve been to but I’ve been here for my sister’s bridal shower, Mother’s Day Dinner, birthdays- the service and food is always outstanding!

We love Coopers Hawk as a favorite option for our weekly dinner night out. My favorites have been great. Braised beef risotto, country rigatoni, and lately chicken piccata. Brussel sprouts app and country sausage flatbread are YUM. Also the Jan 2025 arancini is amazing and I wish this could be added to the regular menu. My husband typically gets the parm crusted mahi mahi but the last two times it was dry and over cooked. And before this he’s gotten the spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs came charred and hard we had to send it back. Just remember I have also gotten the gnocchi carbonara which is also good but came brown one day due to over cooking. Maybe they leave it on the warmer too long. Overall though it’s normally good.

Our server, Amanda, is the best! My friend and I meet at your restaurant every few months, always sit at the same booth in the bar, and we’ve been lucky enough to have Amanda as our server. She is so pleasant and attentive but also leaves us to visit and talk at our leisure. I look forward to many more wonderful lunches with my friend with Amanda as our server.

We had a wonderful dinner with great service. The chef came out personally to discuss dessert which we thoroughly enjoyed!

Took my wife here for her birthday. The service was superb, and my 8 oz filet was done to perfection. My wife’s Thai lettuce wraps were a large portion that were excellent.

Our first visit was for our Anniversary, which the restaurant celebrated with complimentary drinks. We were greeted warmly, the service was attentive, but not intrusive. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, with delicious sides. We enjoyed both the chocolate cake and crème brûlée for dessert. The only issue was that it was extremely noisy. We had trouble hearing the hostess and waitress because of the high background noise. It was a small damper on an otherwise great experience.

Coopershawk is always great. We were especially impressed with the service from our server Mellissa this evening. In 2024 we visited here 4 times and other locations a total of 54 times. The experience here tonight was as good as the other locations. Kudos.
