Jade was very friendly and attentive to us. She was really busy but made sure we were taken care of. Every menu item I have tried has been amazing. Love their 300-700 calorie meals, they are wonderful :)

Our server jade is absolutely amazing. She is attentive and listens to your order and makes sure it comes as ordered. She has an amazing attitude and always has a smile on her face.

We always love going to Cooper’s Hawk. Sean, our server, was so very helpful as we just joined their wine club. He was very attentive and friendly. Hope we get him again!

We dine here frequently & decided this was probably our last time. I'm wondering if they changed managers because it used to be so great. Our experience before this was also really bad, but we chalked it up to them being extremely busy & felt that it was a one off thing. Yesterday we went there again, it was not busy at all & was not a good experience again. Our server should not be a server, we were constantly waiting for her even though she only had a couple tables. She clearly did not want to be there. It started rough when she brought my bar drink & was spilling it everywhere giving me a sloppy sticky drink. Then my husband ordered a burger and asked for it medium, she said we can't pick the temps, it only comes well (he's ordered it many times before & this was never the case), I ordered a flat bread & salad, to which she said they may not be able to do the flat bread because it's been hit or miss, then came back & said they could, I wish she had just said no, it was like rubber & super oily, I only took 2 bites & brought the rest for my chickens. I ordered a Caesar salad made with ranch instead & asked that it be prepared still like the Caesar (this is what I usually order here) it came out as a side salad with a side of Caesar dressing, & when I asked her for ranch she seemed put out that she had to go get it instead of noticing they made it wrong & offering to get it right. Yes, those are all just little things, but put all together made for a poor experience. We own several local businesses, and I was secondhand embarrassed for them, I would be mortified to offer that kind of service at a higher end place. It bumped it down on our list to be in a dennys type category. Our son does love the Mahi Mahi, so if he asks, we may be back, but I really hope they up their service before that happens.

Haley was awesome. She’s always great! . But this is the second time we got stuck in the back corner next to a huge group that were extremely loud. They were obnoxious and there were just 2 of us and we could barely talk over them.

It was good- a little disappointing that we came to celebrate for our daughter’s birthday as she specifically requested to come here, and we let the server know that it was her birthday, and they did not do anything special. No singing, happy birthday, no free dessert, I don’t know. I just would’ve expected something. But everything was good. The food was good. They do need better signage to direct people to wear their entrances though that part is really confusing

Came for friend’s birthday (Happy Hour). Choice of appetizers was ok but felt we had to get two orders of everything since portions were very small to feed 4 people. Sliders were ok, a little too fatty for my liking. We also ordered the lettuce wraps and flatbread goat cheese. Both were mediocre. We felt rushed by our server since she was trying to pick up plates while there was still food on them! There were plenty of open tables so I don’t know what the rush was! Probably won’t be going back there anytime soon.
