Really nice experience. Tried something outside my normal comfort zone and it was quite good - my prior experience (short ribs) was excellent. Definitely coming back.

What a great way to bring in the New Year 2025. We had lunch today and it is pleasure to have a beautiful glass of CH Almond champagne along with their Thai Chicken fresh cold delicious dish. Everyone’s favorite, lobster bisque soup. You can’t go wrong with any of their exquisite choices. If not our waiter Frank will recommend anything that your taste buds can’t resist. Don’t hesitate and enjoy the experience. Best winery restaurant in Maricopa county. Enjoy 🥂

We enjoy going to cooper hawks, the food is good, we almost always get cherry as our serving and she’s great. Last night they were out of the shrimp scampi which is my favorite dish so that was a little disappointing.

Always great food and great service. Only complaint is out of the last 3 times, two times they were out of prime and last time they were out of the lobster bisque soup.

We celebrated our New Year’s Eve here. The food was fabulous, the atmosphere was nice. The service was excellent.

One ordered a Mahi sandwich, got a cheeseburger. We had out of town guests, there were 12 of us--had planned for 14 but one couple got sick. I contacted CH three times in advance to get seated in the patio area off to the side so we could all have a chance of visiting. We were seated in the middle of the dining area. Very disgusted. of the 12 of us 8 are club members.

Amazing service and food!!! We had an incredible meal on New Year’s Eve. Our server, Tammy was the best and food was amazing.

Our first time to Cooper's hawk in Gilbert and on New Year's Eve to boot! The service for this extremely busy night was excellent! The food and wine was delicious! We'll be returning.

I like this restaurant; however, do not visit during a busy day, such as New Year's Eve. They either have more tables than they can handle and/or their staff can not handle that many customers at once, and you spend a lot of time either waiting for service or food.

Our server, Melina, was friendly and attentive. She brought us samples of wine before dinner and a chocolate noir wine after dinner. The wines and food were all delicious. We had a lovely time and will definitely return.
