Usually good, had an off night, service was extra slow, had to ask for things which are normally done without asking. Table next to me super unhappy, let the manager know.

Service was very slow and server not very responsive. Seemed like the kitchen was overwhelmed. We sat right by the kitchen and could see servers waiting for food. Took 20 minutes to get truffles for dessert. Not impressed!!!!

Slipping! Brought my family for daughters 14th bday. They sat us outside, where there weren’t even servers or any other guests. And it’s November so everyone was freezing. Took 35 minutes to get drinks, 60 mins to get food. Spoke to managers, who insisted that we were sat outside because of special request, which of course I did not request. The hostesses were new and messed up several reservations as we were checking in. Anything that could go wrong did. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner, and they really messed up the night.

The food was well prepared and served , our waiter was great handled all our demands with great efficiency. And the bartender was one of very few who new how to make a brandy Manhattan. Many of your high dilution restaurants can’t make this drink that made my night.

We really enjoyed the food! The brunch in bubbles menu was a pleasant surprise, the vibe at coopers is always top tier! The only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t redeem one of my bottles for the brunch sangria. This makes no sense to me especially because coopers has white sangria on the wine menu. Overall, a great time.

Such a wonderful dining experience! The food was amazing - all of it. Lettuce wraps, prime rib sandwich, sausage flatbread, steak salad and the cookie skillet dessert! Service was good too. My only disappointment that the restaurant didn’t honor the location I had booked. We did question it twice before they moved us to the location booked. All’s well that ends well!!
