Overall it was great. Had a 7pm reservation but didn’t get seated till 7:25. Extremely crowded. Sat in the bar. Music could have been a bit lower. Hard to hear across the table. Our server Sarah was excellent.

The meal was fine. Service was prompt, not memorable. Food is consistent and hot. Noticed that management doesn’t stop by tables very often to check on guests like they use to. Will be back

We were in a rush and Sara, our server was awesome, she was very attentive and kind. Food is always so good, great consistent quality and hot. Love the wine selection, we had a bubbly rose and it was perfect compliment to our meal.

The service was excellent and food was delicious. We are wine club members so we received rewards and used them. Really brought the cost of our dinner down. Great program!!

CeCe is a ray of sunshine! As our server, she was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and super attentive. By far, the best server we have ever had at CH! Come to Downer's Grove and ask for CeCe. You will be glad you did. Tha ks CeCe for being exceptionally you!
