Food was great, server was kind, but the service was so slow. Slow to get drinks, extremely slow to get food. We were there for breakfast and the place was nearly empty. Got there at 11, we weren’t able to get our food until nearly 12. We ordered eggs bacon and toast… unlikely to return given the slow timing. This seems typical for all locations.

Coopers Hawk is a win every time we dine there. We usually do a wine tasting before dinner and then go to the dining room. We always enjoy the food. The wait staff is always polite. Sometimes, depending on how busy they are and/or how much wait staff is working there can be a wait for the food. One time my food came out lukewarm because it had sat too long before being delivered. But we still think of Coppers Hawk as one of our favorite restaurants.

Most of our food was very good but a couple of dishes were lukewarm. Also, where we sat had a cold draft and required some of us to where our jackets during our meal.

Service was extremely slow on a Sunday night. The poor server had almost all of a large section and it took 90 minutes just to get our appetizer and main course. It was not the server’s fault, as she had one huge table and many smaller tables and was struggling to keep up. While we were offered compensation for a dessert, we declined because we knew we would have to wait another 30-45 minutes. Management clearly took too many reservations. We like the food, but will likely go to Burr Ridge instead to avoid these service problems.
