We had an outstanding server! Attentive and anticipated needs, very warm and professional, checked in quickly at regular intervals. Our food was wonderful!

This was our first time at any Coopers Hawk. The food selection was good. They are big on the wine club and try to sell you the membership. We ordered our drinks in bar service was slow. our waters came and drinks 5 minutes later. We had a problem with the food we ordered. One of the dishes was not what we ordered. Our server came by and apologized he put in the wrong order. It took around another 15 minutes to get the correct dish. The manager came by and apologized. other than the apology there was nothing offered for there mistake. This was very surprising especially when it was there mistake. I expected the would comp something, offer a discount so you would come back and they can show you maybe they will be able to get things right the next time. I would go back for the food but not after doing anything to correct there mistake. Not planning to be a repeat customer. Management does not see to care.

Tried the Brunch for the first time. Chilaquilas were good needed more sauce, The Smoked Brisket Hash was very good, love the potatoes but the eggs were way over cooked, Eggs Your Way had the same potatoes we ordered them crispy and they were great but it only came with two eggs instead of three and they also were way overcooked. The Cauliflower appetizer, which is available only at the Downers Grove location was really good. I could not stop eating it! The Donut Holes were a great way to start! The special coffee drink was loved as was the CH bloody mary! Our server Krystal was very good! Would come again for the Cauliflower and the Smoked Brisket Hash, just hope the eggs are better.

Payola our server was great and helpful Had the pork chop which was more like a thin piece of tenderloin at best. Two other guests had salmon which was slightly dry Overall I unfortunately thought the food missed but evening was with friends was fine
