We had a great anniversary dinner. Our server was Jose he was very efficient and friendly. The food was outstanding and the wine was spectacular. The ambiance was equally elegant and casual ! Parking was an issue but overall Coopers Doral was great!

Very accommodating toward my husband’s gluten allergies. The manager even came to the table to let us know the breading on the mahi had gluten

The kitchen was very backed up so it took forever for our food to arrive. After waiting 40 minutes we finally received our appetizers. Then after about another half hour the manager apologized and told us that the item I ordered was no longer available so I needed to pick something else. Our dinner arrived about 30 minutes later. In the end our meal was on the house.

Obviously wine sales are their number one concern. But a member of our party was not drinking alcohol and it took for ever to get a refill on their water. We asked the waiter multiple times as well as any other employee that walked by and no one took the initiative to provide proper customer service.

As an Ambassador member, Cooper’s is my first choice in dining. However last night we had to wait an exceptionally long time at our table before service arrived. When she (Giuliana) did arrive she was outstanding. Efficient, friendly, and helpful. However, the food was not up to standards as my son's fries that accompanied his churrasco were soggy and cold. This is one off event and I will still recommend Cooper’s Hawk.

The server was excellent, she is very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. If you’re a wine lover, this is the location. Valet parking was backed up, but it made sense because a lot of people were coming in. Overall, great location.
