We went to the Coopers Hawk in Doral and had an amazing experience. We were helped by Arturo and he recommended many great parings for the different menu items. We were offered and brought samples of their wine of the month as well as their recommended wines for the day. We even got a sample before ordering a glass to pair with our choices. Arturo explained all the options and the system of wine parings. Overall an amazing experience and the restaurant was very quiet since we did go on a Wednesday. We did not opt for the valet parking although it’s only $6. We instead parked in the Doral City Place Parking Lot which was $8 for the 3 hours we were there. Definitely recommend this restaurant for someone looking for a nice casual yet semi formal dinner setting with great wine, pairing options with a fairly extensive menu.

Server was excellent, very polite and thorough. Food great as always. They had run out of the wine of the month I had been hoping to taste. There was a table near us that got pretty rowdy which ruined the lovely ambiance that day thus the lower rating. Otherwise, great place.

We are wine club members since 2019. Every single time the food and the service makes me feel proud of being part of them. Now Cooper's Hawk has brunch on weekends. We tried yesterday and we love it! Valerie, our waitress, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
