It was raining and they sat me at a table where I was getting wet. As a solo diner, I’ll tip better than average when my server doesn’t ignore me for larger tables, but I was very obviously being ignored for the bigger dollar tables

Waited over 22 minutes for our empty booth to be cleaned! Finally out 3 hostesses, one stepped up to get table ready for us. We sat down almost 30 minutes after our reservation. Plenty of staff but all but one with desire to work. Samuel the former manager is greatly missed! The new managers need to be more transparent and show some leadership.

Service was great. Everybody was supportive. Food was over fried. We had the brussels sprouts and they just killed it in oil. The salmon was a little undercooked and I had the veggie enchiladas and it looks like they just threw a bunch of cilantro with the stems on top rather than just cut the leaves up and chop them up properly.

We had a wonderful experience at Cooper’s Hawk. Our server was amazing. She did not rush us. Dinner came in an appropriate amount of time. We are looking forward to coming back soon again.

Wine tasting is sooo much fun & informative. After wine tasting we had lunch & appetizers: calamari & roasted brussel sprouts (I wasn’t a fan of brussel sprouts until now) sooo delicious. Then on to entrees: jambalaya, Parmesan coated chicken; shrimp & scallops risotto. A must try.

Coopers Hawk never disappoints. We had a lovely dinner with friends. Our server was attentive, the wine tasting was amazing. And the managers are great. We never leave unhappy!
