Normally, I have a reasonable experience at Cooper's Hawk. I order the same thing, and it is consistently good. Not this time. My friend and I ordered the same thing--a chicken dish which is usually crispy on the outside, like a breaded chicken cutlet. This time the chicken tasted "off" and was so steeped in oil that it was not at all crispy. My friend sent hers back, and I forced myself to eat one of the two pieces. (I'm not even going to get into the sides) Eventually, a manager did stop by and we told her the food was horrible. I asked to take the rest of mine home to my dogs and my friend tried to order something else from the appetizer menu only by this time, which took a very long time to come out. The manager said something about a new chef and was sorry and gave us a free dessert, but she did not take the dinners off the bill, except the one my friend sent back, and then the bill came with all orders on it, so we ended up tipping on the original amount. To make matters worse, they kept her credit card and she didn't notice until she got home. She called right away, and no one answered the phone even though it was only a few minutes after 9. The manager never came back to check on us and the waitress also did not come to our table unless we called her as she was walking by. We eat there whenever we get together, but next time we will find someplace else.

eaten there a few times. always great. this time the salad was just not good. the bowl was overflowing w wilted lettuce and it just didn't taste good. all in all an off day. we will go back.

Love this place. Great service. Enjoyed the chef’s recommendation of brisket bbq flatbread and we always split the Napa chicken salad as it’s big! Contains grilled chicken, romaine, diced apples, avocado, goat cheese, dried cherries, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, and toasted almonds tossed in a honey mustard vinaigrette. It’s so good! Also
