Service was extremely slow this evening. I am happy that we only ordered appetizers. The table across from us was seated when we sat down. We finished appetizers before their food ever arrived.

I visit this Coopers Hawks every time I’m on the East coast of Florida. It is by far my favorite one! The staff is always pleasant and fun. They appear to be part of one big happy family and that joy spills over to the guests as well. Kayla A was our server. She has served us several times in the past and she is always cheerful and helpful. Alex, the manager is always present and making sure everyone has what they came in for. Well done! You are a fine example and model for all the restaurants to follow!

Seated in the bar area with our reservation. Expect bar type atmosphere. TVs music lots of chatter. Fun atmosphere. High tops were suppose to be for reservations but nothing indicated that on the tables. Establishment could do better job of making that distinction to avoid many upset people waiting for tables and many were swarming tables like vultures soon as people got up from the high tops. We arrived early so we did not have that issue. The appetizer and wine were fabulous. Especially the dark chocolate martini I had for dessert. Took star off for the entree. While I truly never have had a bad dish from here, this might I tried the new seasonal shrimp dish and didn’t care for it. Too many different flavors and textures going on that I found it inedible. I applaud them for trying something different. I just didn’t care for it. This won’t prevent me from going back. Our server, Chance, was very professional and on top of things. Made sure we were taken care of.
