I went for my first time to Cooper’s yesterday for a girls night out and everything was great waitress , wine ,appetizers and trio medallion dinner . I recommend it and will be back !

Waited to be seated for almost 20 minutes while multiple parties who arrived after us, were helped first. Though one team member acknowledged us, it appears our reservation was forgotten or not checked in correctly. When seated we were initially going to be placed in the wrong area until we mentioned otherwise. Mistakes in food order: salad and flatbread combination with a separate order of soup. The latter being served twice instead of salad. While issue was resolved, we ended up being charged a few dollars more based on how the combination was entered by the server. We didn’t mention this because we just wanted to wrap up our dining experience and leave the restaurant. We live nearby and in the last year have noticed the food quality and service at this location is diminishing. While we haven’t written it off entirely it certainly would take convincing to dine at this location again.

There was non edible debris in in the appetizer and my guest and I were very subtle about the visible findings. The server was very concerned and empathetic but the manager, Amy, approached the table without introducing herself (her name tag had her name) and stated “it could be pepper” I then turned startled that she was pulling the plate off the table and dismissing the true problem. Keep in mind we absolutely did not ask for the manager. Only a side dish to be replaced. I discreetly informed Amy that her implication of disproving my tangible findings is offensive. Aside from that, I love the Coral Springs location and the Ft. Lauderdale location for the sheer service and accountability from ALL staff.

Whenever Cooper's Hawk is close to the town, we are in we MUST go. Food is delicious and always a good time. Being a member, the tastings are amazing, and wine selection is superb. Our server Chance was exceptional. He was very accommodating and understanding when our steak was overcooked. Danielle a manager also approached us and was also extremely accommodating to replace the dish re-cooked perfectly to our liking. Cooper's never disappoints!
