Food is amazing. Service was excellent. Always a pleasure. They have monthly specials. Right now the Butternut Squash Ravioli with Lobster and Shrimp is a must have.

Delightful evening! Even though it was busy, we were seated quickly! David was truly an exceptional waiter. Amie Byrd the Manager was so kind as to bring us our take home wine order to the table! Best service we’d had at a Coopers Hawk in long time!

Didn’t start out great w the host and then like a roller coaster had ups and downs. Had a reso for a standard table and after checking in we were taken to bar area. I asked if we could be sat in main dining and the host just abruptly only said NO. Nothing else, it took us aback. The table was dirty and so we asked again why we couldn’t be sat in main dining room. Now the tune changed and she said we could go back up front to get a different table. Our server was Jorge…we’ve had him before and he is the only part of the evening that was nice. The host experience was so off that I stopped a manager to let him know. He couldn’t seem to care less. He didn’t even apologize but said he would talk to her. We had the tortilla soup and egg rolls to start…both hot, flavorful, and delicious. We ordered off the specials menu…surf n turf w lobster and medallions. When it arrived it looked great. Hot and nice portion. We took one bite of lobster to find it was completely raw. Another manager walked by and she noticed we were examining the dish and also prob the disgust on our face. We let her know that it was not cooked and she immediately apologized and offered a new dish or any other surf. At this point we had somewhat lost our appetite and said we would just eat the medallions. She said she would discount the meal and offered us dessert. The medallions and mashed potatoes were really amazing. Jorge was mortified and apologized over and over. The manager was also clearly sincere…complete opposite of male manager. We ordered key lime, which is one of the best we have had. The bill came and the entree was 50% off. But if it was me…serving raw shellfish I would have just bought the meal altogether. So overall not a really great experience or what we have been used to going here. Will we go back? Probably…but so many parts of the evening could and should have been done differently. Just sad somewhere of this level had this many fails

Music is too loud, it is not a disco. Very difficult to have a conversation while you are eating. Food and service very good.

Although we had to sit outside the wind did not bother us. The food is incredible and the price for wine very reasonable.
