My family loves the Cooper's Hawk in Coconut Creek at the promenade. The Ambiance is great and in 2 years I've only once had service that was mediocre. Normally the service is spot on

Unfortunately, the service was not good. Didn’t get greeted. Everything took way too long and our soup and salad never arrived before the main course. Our server had 6 tables in her section. She couldn’t keep up. Won’t be returning.

We waited a long time to get served and one of our guests dinners arrived 10 minutes after everyone elses. Another of our guests requested a change in dinner only as long as it would come out right away but that took twenty minutes so we cancelled the order. Disappointed in that we did not enjoy the Meal together , but the food was very good. They need better help , even the check was screwed up. We were initially overcharged
