We love cooper hawlk and are wine club members. We came for my birthday dinner, we were sat around 7:10, I had made reservations for 7:00. The vibes seemed off immediately with our server, we felt very rushed and honestly the worst service I’ve ever received there. She ignored us and we listened to her politely greet all the other tables and check on them. She never asked if we needed anything when our drinks were empty. The worst part was she dropped off to go boxes right after we received our entrees, which I’ve never had a server do that. Then I told her it was my birthday, and asked for a desert. Took 20 min but she finally brought something over…with the bill too, never asked us if we wanted another glass of wine, just dropped the bill and walked away. It was uncomfortable, and really left a sour taste for us.

That was the first time we dined outside on the patio, what an amazing experience. No noise Like inside. Marcus the server was very professional and pleasant The food was amazing

We had a reservation for 8 and arrived about 3-4 minutes early. The gals at the front desk were chatting and one in particular should not be working with the public. We arrived with out-of-town guests, and we were told the table was not ready. After a few minutes, I was told the table was "dirty" and it needed to be cleaned up. Very rude and inappropriate. We were seated at a combined table, one of which was round and then square or rectangular. Uncomfortable to say the least. We were a party with a reservation! Service was slow, appetizer was unavailable....We were given cocktail napkins for our dinner. Also added a to go order and asked for it to be put in when we were served. Instead, I had to remind the waitress when we were finishing the meal. Decided to forgo dessert. The food however was delicious, but the overall experience was lousy after being treated poorly before we even sat down and at a throw together table. What a disappointment!

The food was good however there was a very loud and obnoxious crowd were outside during our dining experience Thankfully they were wrapping it up, other than that we truly enjoyed our dinner and my friend whose first time dining there advised that she was very pleased with the service and taste.

Coopers Hawk was an amazing experience. Everyone was so kind! And service was amazing. Our server Erin was so sweet and went through the menu and wine list with a huge smile. I even became a club member thanks to her recommendation! I’m so excited to plan my next date night.
