The short ribs, flat bread and wine were all excellent. The service also was excellent. The only negative was the 20 minute wait for our table past the reservation time.

We are frequent diners and service and food was off tonight. Server was nice but not well trained. We needed to ask for drink refills, clear off empty flight glasses and to check on our appetizer and meals. 3/4 meals were very good but one meal was not prepared according to Life Balance ingredients. Server offered to change it but meals took so long to come out it wasnt worth it.

On the positive side, we were seated almost immediately and in the area we had specifically requested, which made for a smooth and welcoming start. The customer service was truly commendable—attentive and friendly throughout the meal. However, the food left something to be desired. While the presentation was nice, the dishes were overly salty, which overshadowed the flavors. Additionally, the portions were surprisingly small, especially considering the price point. For the cost, I expected a bit more value in terms of both quantity and taste. Overall, Cooper’s Hawk delivers excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere, but the food quality and portion size could use improvement to match the pricing.

First time visiting. We had a great dinner. Friendly service. A bit slow but it was very busy. Delicious drinks and food. Would definitely come back the next time I’m in town.

Last night at Cooper’s Hawk was nothing short of magical. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff had taken the time to read the notes I added when making the reservation. They not only acknowledged the special occasion but went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable for my partner, family, and me. The level of care and attention to detail was extraordinary. From the personalized welcome to the perfectly timed service throughout the meal, everything was seamless. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had the best possible experience. The thoughtful touches, like the customized table arrangement or the surprise dessert, showed that this team truly listens and cares about their guests. It was these details that turned what could have been just another dinner into a memory we will cherish forever. The food, as always, was outstanding—beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. But what truly set the evening apart was the impeccable service and the extra effort the staff made to make us feel so special. Thank you, Cooper’s Hawk, for making our night so meaningful. We’ll definitely be back, and I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Highly recommend, food & service was outstanding! For apps we had their burrata bruschetta & the shrimp crab lobster bisque. Creamy burrata spread on nicely toasted fresh bread, with ripe tomatoes, drizzled with a sweet balsamic glaze over arugula, delicious. The soup was loaded with fresh seafood and was a nice creamy consistency, again, delicious. For dinner we had the roasted chicken risotto and the surf and turf. Risotto was cooked perfectly and so were all the veggies, outstanding. What we liked best about the surf and turf was that you were able to pick from 4-5 options on each side as to which surf you wanted and which turf as well, whomever decided that should be a thing deserves a raise, great idea! Had the Parmesan crusted filet medallions and the stuffed lobster tail, excellent, prepared as requested. We skipped dessert as we were too full but our waiter gifted us a few chocolate truffles to enjoy, very much appreciated that special touch & the plate had a raspberry sauce and a little mini dollop of cream too. We never had to look for our waiter, he was attentive and knowledgeable as well as friendly and professional! Another nice touch is they allow you to sample any wine you’d like before you decide on which to order if you so choose. The menu also offers you pairing suggestions based on what you’re eating as well & the wine menu does this as well, each wine is numbered so you can select one that complements your dinner choice. They also offer wine tastings and tours and you can purchase as well. The menu options were plentiful in every category & they have lighter fare and vegetarian options. You can’t go wrong eating here! Thank you for a most enjoyable evening.

We had a table of 11 people celebrating November birthdays. The hostess was energetic and extremely polite, seating us and introducing Keneka, our waitress. The only thing more pleasurable than the food was Keneka (sp), Who took care of all our needs quickly and efficiently. I ordered the Soy ginger salmon and marveled at the taste and combination of grilled salmon, wasabi potatoes, and Asian-style coleslaw! A friend (who is from Manhattan) raved about the blackened tuna platter, while another insisted that I taste the crispy chicken salad she ordered. Thank you, Cooper Hawk and staff, for a great evening!
