The food and service were great but between the tasting we did beforehand and our dinner, we were asked to join the wine club 4 times, even after politely declining each time. It was quite annoying. Also, I felt like we were treated differently by some staff members since they knew we were not in the wine club.

Everything from the initial wine tasting to the meal was excellent. Server was phenomenal too.

As always we had an incredible experience at Coopers Hawk. Wait staff Andrea was absolutely amazing, and I must add gave such good customer service. Before we began she looked up what I had in points and perks for what I was so appreciative of. As well we were greeted by an amazing young lady in the retail store who got our Wine Club shipment as well. Just incredible. This is what keeps us coming back and coming back asking for Amanda!

Reservation was at 7:30pm and we greeted upon arrival, wait time was 5 mins if that which is amazing. Melodie was an awesome hostess and ambiance was great. We will be returning soon and will most definitely request Melodie as our hostess.

The service and the food was EXCELLENT! However, listening to a screaming child (that had piercing screams!) really was unpleasant and frankly, ruined what was a nice dinning experience. I think that when people dine at a NICE restaurant, the price should not include listening to a screaming child. I know it is not the restaurant's fault that these parents chose to bring a screaming child into the establishment and chose to ignore that child's screams, it really is not fair or nice for the other diners to have to experience that obnoxious intrusion into what was a lovely experience. Perhaps there can be a designated place in the restaurant for such families that is cut off from the other diners? I know that this is unrealistic but that screaming child was obnoxious.
