Valentines weekend and I felt like we were kinda pushing time.. our reservations were for 530 and movie was 645, we were there a little early and got a notification from round table that our table was ready 15 mins early. Service was prompt and great, food was amazing and we had plenty of time to finish our drinks and get to the movie. We’ve never had a bad experience here!

This is one of our favorite restaurants to celebrate or just enjoy a quiet meal. The service is always top notch and the food is delicious! I like to make a reservation on Open Table to be seated promptly.

Food was good but overcooked, which is abnormal for this place. The waitress was absolutely the worst. She was very slow, forgetful, but friendly. At one point she attempted to open bottle of wine and broke the cork and got distracted by another customer and left our table with the corkscrew still in the bottle with broken cork for 20 minutes.

It took for over an hour for us to be seated. What’s the point of a reservation. The waiting area was chaotic and loud. Several people were able to skip line and be seated immediately. Won’t be returning.

It was Valentine’s Day so we expected a crowd. 7pm reservation and we were seated by 7:10. The person that helped us was Tony. My wife had the valentines surf and turf and I had the trio filet medallions. It took a long time to receive our food. Near to an hour. Tony was apologetic and kept checking on it and us. My dish was good except the asparagus was mushy. My wife’s was good except of the bit of filet was really undercooked. Tony sent it back. It took a bit but came back undercooked and with the wrong topping. Tony apologized and had them make another one to go. Meanwhile l, we had the salted caramel creme brûlée which was excellent. Tony was attentive the whole which was no small task given the issues and how busy the place was. We did get a nice surprise. Tony spoke to the manager about our issues and had our bill adjusted. While it wasn’t a perfect meal Tony’s excellent service helped bridge the gap. All you can really ask is when mistakes happen for the place to own up to them and Tony looks out for his customers.

Overall experience was good! However I had a reservation for a birthday dinner and we were not seated for about 40 minutes later. Probably just over booked but food was delicious

The ahi tuna dinner off the menu was very good. The surf and turf special was 2 medallions that totaled maybe 4 oz and the stuffed lobster was the smallest lobster I have ever seen…maybe twice as big as my thumb. The special was 50 bucks!!! Left me hungry. Very disappointing.

We have been wine club members for many years and have always enjoyed dining at Coopers Hawk. We have also had our staff Christmas dinners here twice. However, the past 6-12 months we have noticed a decline in service and consistency in meals. Servers disappearing for long periods of time and not checking on us. I had to go look for someone after sitting a half hour waiting for our check after we were done eating. My husband & I both ordering the same entree, steak medallions and lobster tail. His lobster was ok mine was undercooked and like rubber. The manager was nice and brought us 2 more, same thing one was cooked in the other was not. I took a photo for him to show the chef, it was very noticeable even in the photo. My filet was perfect but my husband's was overcooked, we both ordered them the same temperature. Again inconsistent meals. The manager was nice and gave us a dessert on the house. I hope things improve because we really love dining here. We are however considering canceling our 3 bottle a month membership:(

Had a lovey Birthday dinner our waiter was helpful knowledgeable and loved her vibe ! Food was delicious and the complementary Birthday truffles were wonderful . One of my favorite restaurants
