We usually enjoy CH and this restaurant . Few of the last trips were less than acceptable. Once a ceiling tile came down on a couple a few tables over. This time temperature control was a challenge. Service was slow and waited more time than acceptable for drinks, no water refills, but the food and wine was great.

Had a great dinner - Shay was amazing! Food was great as normal - serve the fig chicken sandwich at dinner and it would be stellar!

Have been coming for dinner for several years, wine club, but have done lunch now three times in the past two months. No wonder CH is also quite busy for lunch. This is a very well run establishment with great food, service, and an excellent kitchen, and in my experience very consistently. Already looking forward to dinner in a few weeks!

Cooper’s Hawk was the perfect Galentines date for my friends and I. The atmosphere was perfect and the food was amazing. The ladies who served us was soo sweet.

Jade was fantastic. Everything is so great. Tried the drunken shrimp and filet medallions tonight so good. The salted caramel crème brulee will keep me coming back.

We arrived 10 min early and were seated immediately. Waitress was very friendly and attentive We ordered bottle of sweet Red Wine and was offered free tasting of a glass of blueberry wine & cranberry. Blueberry wine was really good. Lobster bisque was delicious and wedge salad We all enjoyed our main courses We can’t wait to go back!
