We have been to Cooper’s Hawk numerous times. It is our go to every time we come to Chandler. Wine tasting was amazing, reservation was right on time, everything started great. We arrived at the table. Uncomfortable amount of time for our waitress with menus and water. After that it was nearly 30 minutes before she took our order. Our meal took over two and a half hours. We were continually asking staff members for our waitress. She was definitely not over booked with tables. My wife witnessed her wandering around the kitchen the majority of the time. Unfortunately her tip was not what it could have been. Everything else was absolutely excellent.

Timed perfect - started with the wine tasting, then enjoyed an incredible dinner. Perfect end to the year. Love the attentive service from every staff member.

Cooper's Hawk is always crowded, New Year's Eve was no exception. We had a reservation and were seated within 15 minutes of the time asked for. They did a very good job of serving us, considering all the people. Kudos to management and staff for working so hard on New Year's Eve.

Our reservation was for 8:30 and we got seated after 9. We ordered and my fries were cold. I mentioned to the waitress and they placed another order but the fries never came out. My wife got a steak with blue cheese but the steak had horse radish instead. They did comp our drinks. Maybe due to New Year’s Eve, but we’ve been here numerous times and enjoyed it.

Excellent GF menu! And so much variety! For starters: crispy Brussels sprouts a must! The mozzarella bruschetta was great too Main: Leo burger with fries - solid, chicken piccata - best restaurant version I’ve had, filet mignon-potatoes-broccoli excellent, the prime -excellent and mahi sandwich- solid Dessert:salted caramel crème brûlée- better than most, chocolate torte - rich and decadent, smores budino A MUST! GF dinner rolls with salted were top notch!

As members of the wine club, Copers Hawk has become our default “Go-To” dining experience and first recommendation to friends and family. There are certain dishes that are so perfect that if I ever learned they were removed from the menu, I’d be inclined to lodge complaints all the way to the Corp office. Never ever dissatisfied.
