The hostess was chatting with another employee when we tried to check in and completely ignored customers. My husband actually interrupted to get her attention. We were told due to their busy night, we had to wait about 25 minutes even though we had a reservation at 7:15PM. They kept calling guests names, and after 50 minutes, I asked when they would call my name. She indicated that they already called me, but it is impossible because I was near the hostess area the entire time and did not hear my name being called. She obviously skipped my name. She didn’t even apologize. The server, Kaitlyn, was very nice and apologetic when I told her what happened to our reservation and seating situation. We were reluctant to order much. I completely lost my appetite and was very unhappy. Overall: Food was ok, nothing exceptional. A very snobbish place who apparently is unable to hire quality hostess. We will not return. If restaurant cares - check who was the hostess on Nov 2, 2024. 7:10 PM.

I don’t know if they were having a bad night, but our reservation was at 7pm and we didn’t get our food till 9 o’clock.

Extremely hard to carry on a conversation during dinner due to the noise level. The food was good, but it took over an hour before we received it. If wine tasting and loud noise is for you, this place has it. I would probably eat here again for the food but would try and pick an early dinner or late lunch to see if it's less noisy.

My husband and I have been to Cooper’s Hawk a number of times for special occasions since it is very pricey but we’ve always had great food and wine. This time was off-we ordered our meals at the very beginning and waited an hour and a half before finally being served. Our server apologized multiple times and told us the kitchen was extremely backed up. We didn’t order any dessert (it was my husband’s birthday) because we were tired of sitting there…nothing was offered to us as complementary or any discount off our bill. Very disappointing…

One of the worst meals we have ever experienced. We waited 2 hours to receive our food which was cold and not good at all given the price we paid. The service was absolutely horrible our waitress never offered drink refills and was non existent. It was my father’s birthday and they never even mentioned happy birthday to him. I am terribly disappointed and we will never be back.

As Chandler is my Coopers Hawk of choice, I invited my girlfriends to enjoy the bubbly menu. With 7 I understand where they sat us, but there was a 75th birthday in the room behind us, as we were finishing there was another group of gals that came in. In between staff was moving tables stacking chairs and talking over our table. Not usual Cooper Hawk experience.

Came here for our anniversary and was surprised to find out we had complementary sparkling wine waiting for us! The surroundings were very energetic, though a little loud for conversation purposes. Food was excellent, server was outstanding. Will make this a regular place to visit!

We love coming to Coopers Hawk Chandler as we are always so well taken care of. Service is outstanding, food is so creative and tasty. It's always a great date spot.
