Valentines dinner. My dinner was a gluten free item which was good. My date had the surf and turf with salmon and steak medallions and it was excellent. The gluten free bread was wonderful.

We visited on Valentines Day evening. Overall experience was outstanding. Timeliness was awesome. Server (Heath) was awesome. Would likely request him on future visits. Overall food was as expected except for my filet was more well than medium, (no pink at all. Very dark and Heath recognized it an offered compensation. He checked on us often and was timely on clearing the table when we finished. Coopers Hawk is still on our Top 5 list for centerville restaurants. Will definitely return.

It was our first time dining and we will definitely be back. We ordered an appetizer, soup and two entrées and every single item was absolutely perfect. Our server was amazing and explained specials to us and showed us the menu. She took very good care of us. We cannot wait to come back! This has become our favorite restaurant. It was a great way to spend Valentine’s Day! Thank you again!

Second time visiting Cooper's Hawk and equally as impressed as the first time; if not more. We visited on Valentine's Day with reservations and were sat 10-15min early when we arrived to the reservation. Service was prompt at delivering water and appetizer/drink order and arrived quickly with an amazing taste. Stellar service and food quality continued to the entrees and dessert. Definitely a more expensive visit than your average eat out restaurant but factoring in stellar drink options, food offerings, service, and atmosphere well worth it!
