We celebrated a birthday and it was a great from the hostess to the taste testing prior to dinner to our server and the food. The only slight disappointment was the jambalaya.

We have always thouroughly enjoyed dining at Coopers Hawk. We have been wine club members for four years. Today was the first day we were extremely disappointed in everything about the establishment. The food was served in a timely manner but was cold. In addition our bottle of wine that was $18.99 on their menu was $28.99. Apparently they've started a corking fee. $10.00 is ridiculous. We could have bought the wine in their store and brought it to our table for the menu price. Not sure we'll continue our membership as I truly think things are going downhill.

It was excellent, been there three times now and every time was excellent. Always try something new to eat, and every dinner was awesome!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Ashley was absolutely amazing. She checked on us just enough, but not enough to be a bother. She provided an amazing experience. Our food was hot and crispy and couldn’t have been better. I would highly recommend Cooper’s hawk, and requesting Ashley in the dining area!

Came to celebrate my birthday - since it was so cold, got a reservation same day at requested time (unusual). Food quality and drinks were excellent. I find their drinks a bit expensive, but food quality and value kind of makes up for it. Service was excellent - appreciated Heath very much.

This is an outstanding place to dine. The wait staff is excellent, and the food is very worth the price. All in all, when I want to have a pleasant meal with my spouse or friends, this would be my only choice.
