We celebrated my son’s 27th Birthday and as usual everything was exceptional!!! This is exactly why we chose to celebrate at Cooper’s Hawk. The service and food are AMAZING!!!! Thank you for making this a very special night.

We had a reservation for 6:45 and we were seated at 7:40. We asked to sample the wine of the month. After 30 min we told our waiter we would just pull one of our bottles. If you are out of decanter’s you should mention that at the time to customer orders a red wine and ask if you would prefer another choice of wine. The steak was so raw and the order wasn’t right. Our waiter didn’t seem to care about anything. The waiter at the table next to us was bringing the waters and the bread. The water glasses fell, broke ice and water all over the floor. I cannot believe no one cleaned it up. She picked up the main pieces of the glass left all the ice cubes and said it would melt into the carpet. I’m at the point where maybe we just need to eat at the bar. The bartenders are great when we are eating at the bar. Or maybe just stick to participating in the wine dinners. It’s sad to say this but I’m not sure if you do not have enough staff or the right staff for the main dining area.

We are members of the Wine Club and always enjoy trying new wines and especially the wine of the month. It seemed unusually busy on a Tuesday night so we didn't get seated right at our reservation time slot but that is all right (we understand the craziness of the night). Wine is always delicious and so is the food. Our waiter (Michael) was wonderful ... service was terrific. If I had one issue to state it would be the noise level was elevated but there were a large number of people in the establishment so it makes sense.

The Brussels sprouts and crème brûlée were amazing. The chicken was very ordinary. Excellent wine selection, and the service by Casey was extraordinary.
