The salmon spread (new) was great! I switched things up and tried the chicken pot stickers, again great! Erica, our server is an asset to the Cooper's Hawk organization and special thanks to the young, witty and energetic young man who got me chopsticks, allowing me to properly eat my pot stickers. Did I mention we LOVE Copper's Hawk?

Our server was excellent- just the right balance of service but not being ever present, allowing for great conversation with friends… Meals should be savored and not rushed- this was our experience. Enough time to enjoy one another’s company and the delicious food!

Great atmosphere, food was well prepared and portion sizes were appropriate. Smit was a busy night so the service was a bit slow, however, we had a larger group so we anticipated that would be the case. Our server was friendly and responsive. Overall we were pleases with the experience.

One of the best meals we have had in a long time! From start to finish, server was attentive, quick, and very helpful as it was our very first time at Cooper’s hawk. Everything we had to eat was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. Only complaint I would have is due to wine tasting it is a tad bit loud, but otherwise I would highly recommend trying out Cooper’s hawk. We will definetly be back!

We had a wonderful brunch/lunch on Saturday 9/28 celebrating 2 birthdays. Our waiter was very good and the food is always good. We enjoyed this treat!!

Coopers Hawk is one of my favorite restaurants for casual and special occasions. I was celebrating my 70th birthday with my husband and best friends on Friday evening. My go-to entre is salmon and medallions. The meat was over cooked. Our server was very apologetic and had the chef redo them. The second try was also not right, over cooked again. The manager, Darrin, came to our table to also apologize and had the meat redone again. For our inconvenience, he comped my entre and instead of a birthday truffle I was able to pick out a whole dessert with a candle and Happy Birthday song. I felt the staff was very professional and wanted to make things right. The rest of our food was delicious as in past visits. Everyone has an off night. This was the 1st time that the food didn't meet my expectations. I do plan to be back and give them another chance to get a 5 star rating.
