It is the first time I’ve had a bad experience and it was beyond horrible. Brought my brother there for his birthday. I made reservations in advance and told them it was his birthday. There was no acknowledgment of his birthday or my wine club membership like in the past. My brother and I both ordered steaks For $46 plus a $3 upgrade for the cheese topping and they were horrible. I ordered mine medium rare and it came back over well done. No sign of pink whatsoever. It was all gray meat.. He ordered his medium and he kept it, but it still was more done than medium. I sent mine back, and it took forever to come back and when it did come back outside was burnt crisp as well as my broccoli being completely burnt I couldn’t even eat it. This interrupted my brothers birthday dinner trying to wait for my meal to come back, which took forever. Our waiter, Ben, was not attentive at all and mixed up my brother’s drink, and did not bring us the wine that we ordered until we had to chase them down in the restaurant and well into the meal. We wanted the wine to go with the steak. The waiter never apologized. He never offered anything to us for the mistakes. The service was very slow, we didn’t get the table that we asked for 2 weeks in advance with our reservation, the restaurant was overcrowded and super hot inside, even though it was cool outside. Additionally, when they brought our appetizer and our food, both of them were not warm. My brother‘s wife ordered the salmon and she skipped the potatoes, but they didn’t offer her anything else to replace the potatoes. Not even a suggestion. So she got this big plate with a small piece of salmon and a couple of spinach leaves underneath it. It was ridiculous. For the prices that they charged the service was horrible and the food was horrible. The meal cost me $264 for a terrible experience. Unacceptable..

We have been wine club members since January 2015, still enjoy the wines, but the food has lost its luster. We ordered Calamari for only the 2nd time since it came back on the menu. It was rubbery and we sent it back. Wine O Clock is ok, shrimp is the best value they put on the menu for Happy Hour, the prime sliders are the worst value. We do not dine in like we use to pre-covid, service, food and prices have changed so much that we just purchase wine and do our tastings. We understand that costs have gone up, but it seems like portion size went down with the food cost increase. Coops has good food, but we are bored with the menu over the years, There were more delicious items removed and replaced with So-So- food items over the years.

Great experience, excellent food and wine. Had to wait long for table despite having reservations. Interior space a little tight. Service was very good. Overall I love the place.

Another wonderful experience at CHW! Faith our waitstaff was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Front desk accommodated our request for a quite table. The wine and food were exceptional. We were dining for lunch and really appreciated the "Seasonal Value" specials that were a bit smaller portions but we still had take home bags! I hope this is something CHW will continue in the future. Thank you!

Exceptional service. Great food. Much better than last time when we had the mix up on the bottles of wine. Management didn't care last time and I received no follow up.
