We went for my guys birthday. It was a nice experience. My meal had to be sent back because the meat was not prepared correctly. They apologized, corrected it, and gave me a free dessert. Meal for two of ch3f special and surf and turf along with two appetizers was reasonable. I would definitely go back again.

Unfortunately, our dining experience at this location was a disappointment. The veggies on the short rib meal were not edible, because they tasted burnt. At first I thought they were grilled with a crust. The manager brought the meals out and should have noticed the appearance. The waiter was not very attentive during the meal so there was no opportunity to send the plate back. When the waiter came to ask if we wanted dessert, I mentioned it. I would have expected a manager to come to the table as a courtesy. Instead the waiter returned with the check with no apology or a discount, only to say he told the kitchen manager. I contemplated to just pay the bill and contact corporate. However, an upscale restaurant like this is expected to have better customer service. So when the waiter returned for payment, I had to ask if we could get something off the bill. He returned with the check and said it was taken care of and hurried off. I have dined at other locations (Fort Myers and Naples) over the years, so the dismissiveness of being unhappy with the meal was shocking.

We usually get the Thai lettuce wraps but decided to try the Brussels sprouts appetizer and it did not disappoint. The soy ginger salmon was cooked to perfection along with the tasty wasabi potatoes! Finished off with 2 truffles and a glass of chocolate almond wine. Jason our server was spot on!! Thank you!

We had a party of 6 at 3:00PM, the timing of which allowed us to enjoy the lunch menu, as well as the sangria flight. We enjoyed the chicken piccata, tortilla soup with wedge salad, gnocchi carbonara, hamburger with fries, and Dana’s Parmesan crusted chicken. Each entree was absolutely delicious. Of the six people, four of them had never been to a Cooper’s Hawk restaurant. We all said we would be back. Our waiter, Ben, was a real delight. He checked on us often, but not enough to be a pest. He brought us warm pretzel bread when we would get low. This was a wonderful experience, with wonderful friends.

The wait staff was outstanding with Michael as our waiter. Michael is great, so prompt, his attention to detail is fantastic and excellent service. He has returned from a 5 week trip in Europe and we were happy to see him back.We had excellent meals. Scallop gratin with steak medallions with a horseradish crust and Wasabi mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables and the Filet Mignon. The wine was excellent, and we ordered a bottle of the new Garnacha, which paired well with both meals. We had the pleasure to talk to the manager, Ouner, who is great. This is a great Coopers Hawk. Make a reservation.

When our food was delivered I found a hair in my tuna! I spoke with the manager and my dinner was ready-prepared. Our server was terrible he never checked back with us or offered to refill our water or drinks. I have eaten here many times and have been a wine club member in the past. Disappointed in this visit.
