Coopers is definitely one of my fav places. However, this is the 4th time I've been where the servers have forgotten items I have ordered. It hasn't stopped me from going, but retention seems to be a running theme among the servers there. The tasting was great. Wendy was fantastic!

The food was delicious. I just don’t know about the location. Always seem to get bad service at the Bloomingdale location. Waitress forgets drinks or takes forever to find one to just get water. I received my drink after we ate. My wife and I have a membership and were disappointed in the service. Other locations seem more attentive.

Overall, the dining experience was good. It was loud in the room. it seemed we were seated close to other customers when there were various empty tables around. Our waiter was very helpful, and the food came out quickly. The food was good, but for the price I felt like the amount of seafood in the dish was small. You also don’t get a salad or soup with entrees…so for the amount I spent on one entree, I wasn’t impressed We stayed a while after our food was done, and never had anyone come to clear our table or fill our water glasses. They started to vacuum and clean the rest of the room while there were still people in the restaurant 20+minutes before they were to close.

At on the patio our waiter Nancy doubled as the server and handled the entire patio effortlessly until a server came much later without missing a beat. Very pleasant and professional!

Coopers Hawk is always great. The food is excellent and the wines are always great. And Sue our waitress was fantastic.

Cooper's Hawk always has amazing appetizers. We enjoy those best from the lettuce wraps to the bruschetta they were delicious. The Ahi Tuna could have used a bit more zing, but overall tasty. Soup was the star the lobster, crab, and shrimp bisque was chock full of seafood, potatoes, and vegetable and had a very nice flavor. As for steaks, I would never order a steak from Cooper's Hawk again. This is the third time we've been in there and the third time our steaks were sent back because they were so overcooked. The server, (don't she ever said her name, nice personality), was quick to respond to the overcooked meal and both of my children received new meals. My son decided not to have another steak because he was worried he wouldn't get the proper temperature. The second steak was cooked correctly but the pasta he got was better. Manager, Cody, was kind to come over and offer a couple of complimentary desserts which was helpful but would have preffered to eat dinner with my famoly as 2 of us were done with our plates before the remade dishes arrived. Overall service was acceptable, water refills were a little slow and the dirty plates were left on the table for longer than I would have been expected.
