Had a reservation for dinner last night at a booth in the bar area. Staff was VERY attentive. The bar was short-handed and training new staff so we had a longer wait than usual for our drinks. The management and staff were on top of keeping us informed and being apologetic. Could not have handled it any better. A++

I wish I asked the servers name, she was very nice to us and an overall genuine person, who I could tell enjoyed her job and wasn't being fake.

We have gone to many Coopers Hawk restaurants over the years and were excited when the CH opened in Bloomingdale but our last experience has us considering returning to the CH in St Charles or South Barrington. We were seated at a table for two. While dining multiple chairs were slid by our table to the banquet room near our table. Once I could have accepted but multiple times. They were sweeping the floor at the large table behind us. We were not recognized as wine club members, not told status of our available wine bottles or that we had a birthday credit which we indicated we were celebrating. I had to ask to waitress is she would apply the credit. The food was okay even though I preferred my food warmer and my wife’s food was cold. I wasn’t going to complete the survey but when I received the second request I relented. I’d suggest going to a different CH until which time they get the bugs worked out at this location even though they been open nearly one year. It was a disappointing dining experience.
