We had a wonderful dinner. Great food but more importantly, Susie made the experience even better. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We will be requesting her for future visits. Great job to everyone. Thanks.

Wendy was our wonderful Wine woman and Jack was our server so wonderful. The three beautiful ladies that checked us in were absolutely amazing and what above and beyond I am very impressed by this new Cooper’s Hawk location.

Our server was very pushy about joining the wine club, her first three times to our table were sales pitches. The drinks were good. Of the four dishes ordered, two were great, one was cold, and one was raw when ordered medium temp. They did comp two desserts for this.

Went to Coopers Hawk to celebrate our anniversary. Service was so slow and not great. Appetizer soups came out after 20 minutes, did not have a steak knife to cut our steak and no one checked on us for awhile to be able to ask for one. Our table was never cleared so I stacked bowls and plates myself to make room for our main courses, they stayed on our table the whole time. At the end our server was ready to hand us our check, until I reminded that we had ordered dessert, which then he made a weird excuse about not remembering taking a dessert order, and there was no acknowledgment of our anniversary (have been previously where they’ve acknowledged celebrations) also our drink refills came at the end of the meal after we were all finished. Food was fine but service made our experience not enjoyable.

I enjoyed my Restaurant Week offering very much. It was a 3 course meal. I had the crab, shrimp and lobster bisque, salmon dinner with wasabi mashed potatoes and slaw and carmel sea salt creme brulee. Everything was excellent as was the service.
