The service very good - the food was not hot but it was so cold we did not want to wait any longer so just ate I was ok just not hot or even warm We love the restaurant and go at least once a week

The steaks came out a bit too enthusiastic about being rare—they were still blue in the middle! A little more time on the grill or a proper rest would’ve made all the difference. Not the end of the world, but definitely not what we were hoping for.

Service was good as always, but the food portions were extremely small. Manager and server both said portion looked small and the chef asked if I just wanted something else since the portion was correct??

Started off strong but server disappeared once food was brought and we couldn’t get more drinks until we had already done. Then she was in a hurry and just dropped off the check and the receipt, kind of like a drop and go as she walked by the table.

We love Coopers Hawk for the variety of delicious food. It is on the noisy side but everything else is perfect.

This was my second time trying this location as the first time was awful. You had sent me 3 free meal tickets to try you again and the second time was worse than the first. This time the service was bad. Reign our waitress and rarely came by our table. We sat at our booth and after 19 mins she finally decided to come over and say I will come back. Well she didn’t come back till 15 minutes later. We ordered all our food and drinks and then she didn’t come back until our food arrived. I will not go back. Train your people!
