This was my second time trying this location as the first time was awful. You had sent me 3 free meal tickets to try you again and the second time was worse than the first. This time the service was bad. Reign our waitress and rarely came by our table. We sat at our booth and after 19 mins she finally decided to come over and say I will come back. Well she didn’t come back till 15 minutes later. We ordered all our food and drinks and then she didn’t come back until our food arrived. I will not go back. Train your people!

My server was very nice and tried very hard but the little things like refilling water and keeping table clean was a challenge also wasn’t offered extra bread that would have been a nice touch over all food was good I will be back!

Great place as always, pricing is creeping up so had to not order an appetizer since most app prices are 20$, but service and food was excellent

My wife and I like to go out for a nice dinner on occasion. We've been to Coopers Hawk a number of times, and when they're good, they're very good. When they're off its a train wreck. Last night was the train wreck. We both ordered a drink and dinner. When bread was brought to the table, I still hadn't gotten my cocktail. When it was pointed out to our server, she was unaware that I had ordered it since someone else had seated us and taken our drink order, and she quickly bought it out. We both ordered a steak entree, and when they came to the table, my filet was very overcooked! I pointed it out to our server, she agreed and took it back to have a new one made. By the time the new one was done, my wife had finished her meal. The manager brought the new steak out and asked me to check it before she left. I cut into it, and it was nearly raw. She apologized and took it back. I had ordered my steak medium, and on the third try, they got it right. They gave my wife a free dessert to have while she waited for me to finish my meal. Our server and the manager couldn't have been nicer. My meal and my wife's dessert were comped, and both the server and manager were very apologetic. Coopers Hawk did everything to try to make it right, but it did ruin our night out. I'd like to say this is the first time something like this has happened there, but that wouldn't be true.

The whole experience was excellent; Susie took great care of us and was very attentive and welcoming! We went to Cooper's Hawk to celebrate my father's birthday, and she made it extra special.
