There were 4 of us, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food. Our server needed a little more growth, he was not as attentive as we would expect from a restaurant that charges prices on the higher end of the scale and it was a little loud at times as it was packed, however the overall ambiance was great and we really enjoyed our experience.

The restaurant was out of short ribs and they had an oven fire so were not serving flatbread but alternate choices were still good. I had the filet and Betty potatoes. Steak was cooked well and was well seasoned. Potatoes were very flavorful but were more like potato soup than potato casserole. I had them bring mashed and those were good but not as flavorful as the betty. This is a new restaurant with a new staff - hoping they figure it out.

Avon location just opened so I imagine they just need to work the kinks out. Sub par food and mediocre service for a Wednesday dinner at 4:00!

Had a lovely dinner experience here early this week. Noah, our server, was excellent. Enjoyed the Cooper's Hawk red blend and my friend had the elderflower spritz...both were excellent. I enjoyed the crab, shrimp and lobster bisque and gnocchi carbonara and my friend had the spaghetti with meatballs with the roasted broccolini. Loved the bisque...very flavorful and my friend enjoyed the broccolini although the portion was very small...3 thin pieces. The carbonara and spaghetti were very generous portions. It is very loud in the restaurant and at times hard to hear the person you are speaking with so for that reason only 4 stars. Will definitely return to try some of the other offerings on the menu.

We came in to celebrate our 4th anniversary. we could not be more pleased with the service and quality of wine and food. It all started with the wine tasting where we had the pleasure of being served by Shanell, she was absolutely amazing. Informative, patient, entertaining, and polite. It made the tasting more involved. We then went to dinner and the greatness continued. Madison Horvath served us. Madison again was the best. She knew it was our anniversary and made sure to take special care of us. She was prompt with service but did not rush each course giving us time to talk and eat but when we needed her she was ready. Gave excellent recommendations. So happy your team made our night so special.

The Cooper's Hawk people have figured things out - and nothing is amiss. The wine, the food, the service and ambience are all top notch. Anywhere you're lucky enough to have one, it's an experience you can't miss.

The Mahi sandwich and the Prime Rib Dip sandwich were very good. Only real problem was the layout of the restaurant. There were 2 large round tables pushed together for a party of about 16 and other guests being seated had to squeeze between those tables and the wall. People were even bumping their heads on the balloons as they passed. Should have been taken down the center aisle so as not to disturb those guests or others and smaller rectangular tables should have been pushed together so the whole party could be together. For as large as the place is, I think we could have been seated in a more private less noisy area.
