Love their gluten free menu! So many options. And they have gluten free bread to start instead of the pretzel bread.

The atmosphere was wonderful as well as our server, Lindsay. The food was prepared just as ordered and the portions were perfect. The wine was amazing as well. Look forward to going back.

My wife and I went for the first time. It was our anniversary dinner and they offered us 2 glasses of champagne on the house, except we are not fond of champagne, so we politely declined. We were then offered some wine tasters, in which we tried 4 and all of them were wonderful. Our server, Selena, was excellent! We enjoyed the complimentary pretzel bread, while we ordered a full bottle of wine. We picked the Romance Red for this occasion. My wife ordered the Pretzel-Crusted Pork Chop and I ordered the Surf & Turf/Bourbon Lacquered BBQ Pork Chop with the Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon. The food was delicious including all of the sides. We decided to join the wine club and look forward to many more visits.

I had the flank steak with the churrasco rub. It was fabulous!!! I asked for the Marys potatoes instead of french fries and was really happy with that. My spouse had the French dip which we believe is the best French Dip found anywhere! The service was good and the new resaurant is lovely.

Our reservation was set, but we were seated 1/2 hour later than our reservation time. The food service was very slow and one of our party members was delivered the wrong order. Because we had waited so long at this point he didn’t want to wait for a new plate. He didn’t eat it because it was not anything near what he ordered. Instead of the waitress addressing the situation she gave a sorry and walked away. Didn’t remove it from the bill.

This was our first time to Coopers Hawk. The ambiance is very nice and we appreciated having a place that was a step up from other more fast food oriented places in this area. The bar tender was cheerful and attentive. The food was very good. We hashad the potstickers with asian slaw as an appetizer which was very good. I had the salmon and my husband had the prime rib sandwich. Both were very good. Our only disappointment was that it took forever to get our food. We had made a reservation but they were running behind when we arrived. Then once we were finally seated, it seemed like it took over an hour to get our food. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt that this is just growing pains of a newly opened restaurant. They said their kitchen had been backed up all day. Not sure if someone called off or what. If it were not for that, we would have thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary which we posted on our Open Table reservation. Waited 35 minutes past our reservation to be seated. There were more than 20 empty tables available so obviously understaffed. Food was excellent. Ordered two $12 after dinner coffee drinks that were lukewarm. Asked our server to top them off with hot coffee but came back lukewarm again. Ordered dessert and mentioned our anniversay since nobody in the restaurant seemed to notice it on our reservation all evening. Our server was nice enough to charge us full price. We witnessed many complaints to the manager during our dinner so they have some work to do if they want to match the quality of the east side location. Probably won't visit the Avon location again until we hear about improvements.

The evening started out later then planned. Seating was 25 min behind our reservation time. The server had too many tables to wait on. so we were neglected quite a bit. Didn't get our water refilled or our plates cleared. We used the table nearby to clear our own appetizer plates. We had a bottle delivered to the table but it was another 20 min before we had glasses brought and the bottle uncorked. The food was good, the portions were small. The cheese sampler didn't have enough toast for all of the cheese that was on the plate. It was an experience. Not sure it will be repeated.
