Always a great time at Cooper's Hawk. Food it outstanding. We had a wine tasting prior to dinner and it ran a bit longer than we thought, but the staff never rushed us to go to our table and told us to take our time. Made for an enjoyable experience. Staff is fantastic.

Dinner was enjoyable and the service was great. Noise level in restaurant is too high with all of the hard surfaces in the dining area.

Prime rib sandwich was fatty with tough tendons. It was barely warm when delivered. Coffee was delivered lukewarm. We had to ask for another cup of hot coffee which did arrive. Friend asked for BBQ chicken salad to go to be made when we were almost finished with our meal. Waitress said she would turn the order in then. It arrived not long after we got our meal. Waitress said she would take it back and have another one made when we were almost done. Second waitress brought the salad back again several minutes later. Said it was sitting to be delivered. Disappointing experience to say the least. We had 3 waitresses for our one meal. Our original waitress greeted us & brought water and coffee. Second waitress took our order including the takeout order. Third waitress brought the too early takeout order and our original waitress brought the salad back again presumably the original salad but in any case too early.

Always enjoy dining at Avon’s Coopers Hawk. The servers are always friendly and knowledgeable about the wine and food. I can recommend the gnocchi carbonara, Leonard Berger , Thai lettuce wraps, crispy Asian chop salad , and choosing from their specials is always a good choice.

Poor, I had a steak that had no taste or seasoning, fries that were to be parmigiana with no taste and cold. Service sucked from minute I arrived telling me I had no reservation, then telling me I was already checked in before I even arrived, then told I had to wait until.exactly 745 for table and tried to shove me in thr bar. Service was poor for getting water refills and second drink. Soup came before we were even done with appetizer. All round not worth the money I was charged. Bad experience

The kitchen and serving staff have issues they still need to work on. Communication is key, the manager made things right for us, but it was a three hour dinner….

Our server was excellent and the food was good. We had the mushroom flatbread for appetizer which was very good. Pistachio grouper was too

We enjoyed our meals however mine was definitely not worth $35. I had the short rib risotto and it was not a huge portion and didn’t come with a salad or vegetable. For that much money I would have expected more food. I don’t usually eat a large portion and I finished my plate and could have eaten more. I missed having a vegetable. We also sat in the bar by the window and it was very cold and noisy. Hard to have a conversation with our friends without shouting. I would go back again but try a different entree and sit in the main dining room
