Pretty bad experience. Check in desk unorganized and running behind schedule. With reservation for table we were offered a seat at bar. Tables were empty in restaurant but not cleaned so turnover wasn’t happening in a timely manner. We had early reservation so they were not terribly busy but majorly unorganized it seemed. No wine recommendations with food order. Wait staff did not refill drinks, did not recommend Tgiving dishes and did not offer dessert. We waited an extended time 45 mins for food, had to ask about dessert and waiter did not know options. Was guessing what was available. Been eating at Coopers Hawk for Tgiving for several years this was worst experience and not typical. Perhaps just a poorly run location.

Our service was not good!! We were seated and waited over 20 minutes for so someone to come to our table. I actually had to go ask someone to help us before anyone came to our table. I’m not sure where the lack of service came from but it was not a great experience! We are wine club members and we are considering dropping our membership due to our bad experience.

I do understand that it was a very full restaurant the night of our dinner but the noise level was over the top. I wear hearing aids full time and I had to take them off during our time there. My wife doesn’t normally complain about the loudness of a restaurant, but she even complained. We tend to note which restaurants are loud, we don’t frequent them as much as we would like to. Overall, it was a very good service.

Great food. Great service. Seating hostesses were a little unprofessional and lackadaisical. Main dining room and restaurant is unfortunately extremely loud on busy nights. Would be nice to figure out some way to depress the noise with some sound depression installed somehow. Overall, however, it’s always a good place to eat.

Amy was AMAZING!! We've had Amy as a server the last couple times we've had dinner - she is very friendly, very attentive and really enhances our dining experience!
