Our food was great but we were a little disappointed in our service. While it was a Saturday evening it took over 35 minutes for my wine to arrive at the table. Bread was an additional 10. We have almost no engagement from our server. I always look for interaction as that is one of our favorite parts of dining out - the experience.

This was our first time here for Thanksgiving. Despite being very busy (2nd busiest day of the year after Mom's Day) the service we received was impeccable. We started with a wine tasting and Angie was very knowledgeable. She made us feel right at home and even found some wines that my beer drinking husband enjoyed. We did not order the Thanksgiving feast, but rather from the regular and Chef Recommendations menu. My husband got the salmon and aI got the Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli with Maine Lobster & Shrimp. Both were excellent. Both were prepared perfectly and very delicious. Our waitress made great recommendations for the wine pairings and even let my husband try a few samples before choosing. Upon leaving we purchased a few bottles and 1/2 dozen truffles to take to the in-laws. We will definitely return to try more of the menu options.

We had a 445 reservation. When we checked in the employee said we will get you seat when possible. I told her we had a 445 reservation and asked how of of a wait it would be. She is she couldn’t answer me. I asked for an idea and she said she couldn’t tell me. Finally after waiting 30 minutes I asked a manager how much long and she said give me 20 seconds. She then found a table immediately. What’s the point of a reservation?

Making a reservation means nothing, nor does checking in 15 mins early because after doing both, and getting acknowledged by Host stand that we would be in the bar, they failed to call our name after 15-20 mins. So I checked in again, they said we didn’t have a reservation, and it was clearly on my screen that they did, they said oh, we thought you left because we called your name and nobody was here - I said to this young lady right here that she acknowledged that we would be called from the bar area. so they checked us in again and another 25 minutes went by and I went up to the Host stand and said we’ve been waiting for almost an hour, are we ready to be seated, they asked for our name and said we didn’t have a reservation, and I said yes we did, we had this discussion 25 minutes ago and that we would be waiting in the bar… They said OK we will come and get you when we’re ready. another 10 minutes had passed and they called our name, almost an hour and 10 minutes after our initial reservation..

I was very pleased with the Thanksgiving meal. The turkey and the pumpkin cheesecake were outstanding. The service was very good. The only aspect that wasn’t great was the very cold temperature in the booths next to the window.

We went to Cooper’s Hawk for Thanksgiving this year. We have been to other Cooper’s Hawk locations on Thanksgiving as well as lunch & dinner. They were very busy and running slightly behind, but the staff was friendly and working hard to make sure everyone received the best service possible. We ordered off the regular menu and the food & wine were top notch as usual. Our server, Madelyn, was top notch. We will be back to visit this location.

We had a reservation and waited over 40 minutes to be seated. It took about 10 minutes for our server to come to the table. She was very nice but it took forever to get our drinks and food. They were busy and we weren't sure if it was our server or the restaurant. The food was good but not worth the price. Cocktails were good.
